Most people who dream of a place in Portugal stall at the same wall: which land, what's allowed, who builds it, and what happens to it for the 50 weeks a year you're not there. We help selected people create a small private retreat on carefully chosen land — and look after it when they're away.

How the model could work

Six steps — indicative only

The final structure is decided case by case with Portuguese lawyers. Nothing here is fixed or binding.

Step 1

We find and secure the land — often through flexible structures like rent-to-buy or a long lease, so you don't have to buy a whole parcel outright.

Step 2

We check what's possible — planning, protected-land rules, water and access. Not every plot can be developed; we only proceed where it's viable.

Step 3

You fund your unit and its setup — the cabin or caravan and the wellness features that make it yours.

Step 4

We build and finish it — groundworks, water, power, sauna, fire pit, paths and planting.

Step 5

You use it — one, two or three stays a year, your weeks held for you.

Step 6

We care for it the rest of the year — maintained, secure and looked after, so it is never neglected while you are away.
